Your Role

  • To handle professionally incoming queries by customers via phone and/or email;
  • To provide accurate, up to date information to the clients' requests;
  • To serve as a primary point of contact by thoroughly and efficiently gathering customer information and fulfilling customer needs. 


  • To be fluent in Dutch;
  • To have good level of English;
  • To enjoy communication with people and resolve cases;
  • To have friendly attitude and vivacious personality;
  • To be self-motivated, target driven and outgoing person.
