For our client in the Marine and Oil & Gas Industry we are looking for a General Manager / Senior Advisor in Dubai.

- Contribute in creation of sales strategy and targets for selected marine customers.
- Deliver for order intake, margin, GTV and other relevant sales metrics.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Manage sales teams in the assigned geographical region / customer segment / defined responsibility area to meet strategic goals.
- Manage, monitor and develop the sales projects in own responsibility area and report the progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and further develop present assigned customers.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Organize and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers.
- Build up and organize sales teams.
- Define action plans for assigned sales team according to sales business strategy.
- Review performance of own sales team.
- Identify, report and manage potential risks detected in the assigned projects.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Sales function.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Management of Sales.
