Job Description

Basic Function 

Represent client's brand in front of its customers, and effectively promote and sell its related products and services to new and existing customers. Achieve maximum sales profitability and account penetration within an assigned geographical territory and/or a market specific segment, using a relationship based approach. This role is also about identifying new markets and business opportunities and finaly making sure customers within his/her portfolio and adhering to the company's payment. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's;
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers;
  • Negotiates the terms of agreements and closing sales;
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential;
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers;
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints;
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, and operations;
  • Analyzes the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers;
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities;
  • Regularly review performance;
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization's products/services;
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment;
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Keeps abreast of product enhancements, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas;
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions when required;
  • Recording sales and order information on the sales automation tool and sending copies to the sales office;
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues;
  • Supports and follows upon collection performance for his/her customers;
  • Responsible for exercising due diligence towards the environment, and health & safety of self & others in the organization;
  • Responsible for complying with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, laws, regulations form customers, regulatory and statutory bodies and those applicable to her/his job requirements;
  • Responsible for reporting to his/her superiors' occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect environment, health, safety and company reputation;
  • Performs other tasks as required and other responsibilities related to position. 

Skills and Qualifications


  • Excellent Arabic and English Presentation and Communication skills;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Software skills (word, excel, powerpoint, etc);
  • Valid Driving Licence is a must;
  • Good networking and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills;
  • A team player;
  • Self-confident and mature;
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision. 


  • 2 years' experience in B2B selling

Expected Educational Qualifications

  • A University graduate in Business or Management
