Job Description

As part of Sales Operations organization, the Sales Analyst wil be reponsible for wide-ranging reporting and analytics inclusive of monthly business review, and other business assessment methods. This position will ensure all information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans. This position will proactively provide information to the field sales organization to support client related issues; and interna support to the organization by means of reporting andanalysis. Working across the sales organization interacting with sales management, sales force, operations, finance, and marketing is essential. 

Duties and responsibilities


  • Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure cleanliness, accuracy and completeness via automated and manual processes
  • Implement and maintain a sales dashboard and scorecar;
  • Manage daily and monthly sales reporting and analytics: develop simple to complex data reports, graphs...etc;
  • Ensure analysis is prioritized, developed based on business/customer requirements, and documented as required. Results presented in a clear and concise format;
  • Develop customer loyalty trends analysis;
  • Build sales activity KPIs reporting;
  • Reconcile data across multiple systems working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance;
  • Take a role in developing and publishing forecasts, saled plans;
  • Track, analyze and report sales as a percentage of yearly/quarterly/monthly targets;
  • Ad-hoc reporting analysis as required. 


  • Build and manage a target setting process;
  • Communicate targets to sales force;
  • Ensure timely payments of all commissions/bonus payouts for the sales force;
  • Assist with necessary metrics/reporting required for comp plan design and delivery. 


  • Responsible for setting of field sales personnel on/off boarding plan;
  • Assist with the analysis and compilation of key market/account data as part of the annual process planning for potential organizational changes. 


  • Monitor Opportunity and Quote process;
  • Audit data integrity;
  • Utilize to create and produce reports with key metrics and analytics;
  • Maintain and prepare custom reports, settings, and dashboards in;
  • Conduct training for on-boarding sales hires;
  • Provide troubleshooting serving as 1st line support for sales and internal departments.


  • Ensures quality & safety within function/tasks performed;
  • Responsible for exercising due diligence towards the environment, health & safety of self & others in the organization;
  • Responsible for complying with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirments, laws, regulations from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies and those applicable to his/her job requirements.
